Open eyed Dream

    I see myself,

   In the mirror of future,

  I am about two inches tall,

 Flying high in success, I know I won't fall.

  I look around

   Its not the same,

   My life has a meaning,

  I have a bigger aim,

It all makes sense, what I'm seeing.

But before its too late,

I stopped

I opened my eyes

Now I was wide awake,

But I was dreaming in the day.

Success wouldn't come to me,

While I sit there and dream of it.

I wouldn't shine without my help,

So now, I have to wake up

And work for it.

          

A Wish!

           Welcomed me with a shower of Rain,
         Just like how a mother welcomes her child,
        With a shower of blessings.
        The peacefulness hugged me tight,
        And blessed my soul.

        I walked in solitary,
       But was never alone!
       With each step I took,
       I came closer to the beauty around me.

        As I walked, I felt like I was
       Closer to the Earth,
       Closer to Heaven,
       Closer to God.

       I closed my eyes,
      took a deep breath,
     And smiled,
     Because i was surrounded by the love of nature.

      There was freshness in the air.
      I looked up at the clear sky,
      Then I make a wish,
      A wish to stay here and never leave!
   

Roller-coaster Ride

                Roller-coaster Ride

      Seated beside each other,

                holding tight,

 You know you're safe in your seats

       and there begins the ride.

            With all its sudden

               ups and downs,

               twists and turns,

You don't know where you are going.

      You can scream or shout

         You can laugh or cry,

     But you know you can't stop,

 You are stuck there, until the end!

            Once you start,

       There is no going back,

         Because this is life,

       A Roller-coaster Ride!
